Position: Account Resolution Specialist (English speaking and Bi-lingual)
Objective: To be responsible for the voluntary or involuntary collection of assigned accounts by means of telephone and written communications.


  • Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls for balance and liquidations, payment arrangements,  and account follow-up.

  • Update and verify all information to proceed with legal actions, as needed.

  • Work accounts in a timely fashion and generate collections recoveries.

  • Maintain complete and accurate collections records on computer system.

  • Analyze and interpret credit reports and other pertinent data.

  • Achieve unit standards and goals as designated by the supervisor regarding calls placed, as well as money and payment arrangements received.

  • Other duties as necessary.


  • Must be able to speak English and Spanish (for Bi-lingual).

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.

  • Ability to maintain accurate methods, excellent communications skills and organizational skills.

  • Ability to be flexible, empathetic, and type utilizing a keyboard.

  • Must be able to apply negotiation strategies.
