Julie Solomon, Esq. President
As the daughter of the firm’s founders, Julie has been with Solomon and Solomon since her early childhood where she has many happy memories accompanying her parents to hearings and depositions on snow days. She has since risen in the ranks from tag-a-long, to receptionist, file clerk, collector, law clerk, associate attorney, managing attorney, vice president and now president and owner. Julie is deeply committed to the firm’s legacy and future, and its employees (including the office mascot, Ruby). Julie is a licensed to practice law in NY, MA,CT, RI and DC and concentrates in the areas of collection and insurance subrogation litigation. She is a member of numerous professional organizations, including NARCA, ACA, CLLA, and NASP and has held leadership positions within the Jewish Federation of NENY. When not at the office, Julie loves spending time with her husband and children- Kayaking and Sailing in Narragansett Rhode Island.
VP IT & Operations
Jay Levitt joined Solomon and Solomon PC in January 2017. He is a senior IT executive with significant experience running entire IT organizations for sophisticated mid-sized companies. His management experience and ability to solve issues outside of IT led to his promotion and expansion of responsibility in late 2018. He is driven to improve business results through technology utilizing a three tiered approach: collaboration, innovation and competitive strategy. Some of his key strengths include developing and implementing IT strategic road maps, partnering with Business Process Leaders to define organizational needs and deliver solutions that help them succeed, developing and instituting IT policies and procedures and leading Change Management efforts. Jay has four children and two rescued dogs. He is an active volunteer in his kid’s sports, coaching basketball, soccer or helping on the pool deck. He is passionate about healthy cooking and eating whole grain and plant based foods.
Courtney Suttles joined us as a Client Services Representative in February 2017. She quickly realized she could make an even bigger impact on the company by stepping into the Client Services Supervisor position just a short six months later. Courtney has an extended client and customer service background over the past ten years working for large international companies within the travel industry including The Disney Corporation and The Sandals Resorts. Courtney and her team are dedicated to exceed client expectations and to create 'simply the best' customer relationship experience. Courtney spends her free time traveling, reading and getting outside as much as possible (in the warm months).
Director of Human Resources
Jennifer McMullen is a Human Resources professional with 16 plus years of experience in all aspects of HR with an emphasis on full cycle recruiting, benefits administration, compensation, performance-management, payroll and employee relations. Jennifer’s diverse HR background includes fields such as Healthcare, Childcare, Retail, IT, Manufacturing, Pest Control and now Legal Services. Jennifer prides herself on being an HR professional who strives to always do the right thing for the organization and the employees.
Jeffrey De Los Santos
Jeffrey De Los Santos has been with our firm for over a decade. As our Collections Manager, Jeffrey has managed many phases of collection, including delinquencies, letter campaigns, automated dialer groups, recoveries, and skip tracing. In addition to collection operations management, he has lead initiatives in the areas of performance management, collection strategy development, collector's and manger training, and risk and compliance. He is also hands-on with the collection staff, providing custom work lists to match a collector’s area of expertise. Jeffrey is fluent in Spanish.
Will Schoepp has been with the firm since March 2010 and has 11 years of experience within the Collections Industry. Will has a wide range of knowledge in Compliance, Legal Process, Asset Location, Skip Tracing, Collections, Personal Management and Process Management. Will has progressed thru the firm and held the roles of Collector, Unit Supervisor, Lead Collector, Asset Unit Workflow Coordinator, Process Control Specialist, Client Services Supervisor, Asset Unit Supervisor and is currently the Asset/Executions Department Supervisor. Will is always looking for new challenges and always finds the best and most efficient way to manage processes within the Firm. Will firmly believes that people are the key to success as long as there is a solid foundation beneath them.
Eric Roleke joined the management team of Solomon and Solomon PC in July 2017 as the Audit and Compliance Specialist. He is a twenty-two year veteran of Bank of America, with decades of experience in Collections, Credit Lending, Credit Risk and Operations roles that required him to amass an extensive knowledge of Federal Regulations. Eric is currently responsible for the audit, compliance and licensing operations of the firm and works closely with all the teams. He is driven to improve the business by identifying process gaps, conducting root-cause analysis and implementing permanent solutions. Eric enjoys spending his free time in the mountains skiing with his wife and children during the winter months and barefoot at the beach in the summer.
Donna has been with the firm for 20 years, starting as an Accounting Assistant, processing accounts payable. Her passion for accounting quickly developed and prompted her to return to school to earn her accounting degree. Over the course of her tenure, she has assisted with the implementation of many of our current processes and procedures. Prior to coming to Solomon and Solomon, Donna worked for an area bank for more than a decade. She prides herself on her work ethic and her desire to assist wherever she can. In addition to her work family, Donna has raised three children with her husband of 39 years.
