Position: Client Services Representative
Objective: Entry level clerical position to assist other Client Services representatives to complete large projects in a timely manner to meet Client requirements.
Responsibilities:

Understand and maintain Client guidelines to ensure we are within compliance at all times.

Retain emails/documents as required.

Initiate calls/emails to and from clients when needed.

Communicate Client needs to other departments within company via supervisory/team meetings, etc.
-
Work with other departments (Accounting, Collections, etc.) accordingly when necessary.

Identify Client needs, work plans, etc.
-
Other duties as assigned.
Requirement/Skills:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent.
-
Require little or no supervision.
-
Strong attention to detail. Strong Customer Service orientation and/or experience.
-
Strong project management and follow-up skills; ability to track many details.
-
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, and Excel. Ability to type 35 wpm.

Reliable and dependable. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
